Professor Sarah Sayce 1950 – 2021
The Aubrey Barker Trustees were saddened by the death of Sarah Sayce, Chair of the Trust since 2016 on 22nd November 2021 at St Catherine’s Hospice in Crawley after a short illness with a rare, but very aggressive form of cancer. Sarah invigorated the charity through her energy and wise guidance, especially in developing a strategy for its future. Her wide experience in the Real Estate profession and her work with the RICS and other national and international bodies was invaluable in directing the future of the Aubrey Barker Fund. As were her academic contacts and knowledge of student experiences and expectations. Sarah will be missed by the ABF Trustees and by those who collaborated with the Fund.
